@EarpFit I listen to this during warm-ups/stretches and sometimes on cool downs, too. I'd like to hear what else you listen to when exercising/walking, running. All genres welcome as long as it gets the mind in a good place. 😊 #Earp4MentalHealth

"Write My Story" by Olly Anna, is, of course, up there during the more intense parts of the workout. It's not all from #WynonnaEarp though.
No music when cycling last night though. Focus on the traffic. #SafetyFirst
Dancing to "The Knife" by @maggierogers is something I love to do on cool downs. I just let loose. Our neighbors must've seen me dancing to it on a small strip of sidewalk in front of a vacant lot. Good thing I have a mask on every time! Not a dancer, but I dance anyway! 😊
Any upbeat music from @HAIMtheband works for me. I especially like the beat of "I Know Alone." Plus they have the dance steps in the music video if you wanna dance along. 😊
"Light On" and "Love You For a Long Time" by @maggierogers for jogging and runs. And, yes, I love her other songs, too. Even the sad ones. They're all for singing out loud, really. That's also good for the soul.
Please tell me I'm not the only one listening to to "Should Be," "Afterglow," and "Fever" by @weareIMUR on runs, warmups, cool downs. 😅
Dua Lipa.
"Don't Start Now."
Running.
