today marks the day im nerding out again. i& #39;ll resume learning programming
at the same time, i& #39;ll start studying accounting

this will be extremely difficult but i dont wanna waste this opportunity to learn while unemployed cus:
1. i have the time (a lot of it)
2. i have the energy
3. i need distractions. intrusive thoughts are back it cannot win

1. remove other distractions such as:
1.1 unsubscribing to netlix
1.2 uninstalling twitter
2. ready all the materials
3. ready all the stress-relievers
4. make a routine. starting the day doesn& #39;t have to be early
