As Ole fans typically parade his record vs the Top 6 as a trophy, Pochettino’s isn’t quite up to any standard at all

Poch may have managed Sot’on but Ole has also managed Cardiff

His lack of ambition

Pochettino isn’t a winner. He can build great teams, but he can’t get them over the edge.

This quote sums up his mentality

His mentality isn’t the only problem, it’s also the five years at Tottenham and no trophies whatsoever

Under victories it’s all participation

He constantly backs the bird even when he needs to pressure them the most. For his own sake too

He feared risking job security despite losing 7-2, as if he had anything to lose after such a result

18/19, in a full calendar year, he went without making a serious signing

The glazers love Ole and he has cost them 260 already

Pochettino referring to the chairman as a friend may be good with most clubs but with the Glazers and Ed Woodward, it could be dangerous with him quickly thrown under the bus

He will definitely improve us over Ole if we do end up getting him, but you have to do a cost/benefit analysis with the puppet-ness to good football

But that’s not to say I wouldn’t take him over Ole

There is no doubt we will become a great squad under Poch, him getting to the UCL final is a great example of that

But the backing of the board will become intolerable

He will be a much needed improvement over Ole, but he is a puppet

To conclude, I would take him over Ole but not before Naglesman or Allegri

I think there are better options
