shops au -- people !! how they dress and some parts of their personality, a thread !

- skeppy -

skeppy dresses pretty plain usually, he doesn’t want to get his nice clothes dirty because of his job. he wears an apron, usually over a rolled up sweater or hoodie, sometimes t-shirt in the summer. he usually wears jeans or sweatpants while working, and those jeans+

are usually dirty bc. work jeans yk. he has little star clips in his hair to keep his hair pinned back while he works, and sometimes puts it in a ponytail when it gets too long to pin back. he also wears glasses when he works, and has those little glasses chains with stars on it!

bad dresses very alternative and very punkish, with usually a ripped band tee or sometimes jacket with tripp pants, and one of those two hole chain belts. He sometimes wears makeup, but only on rare occasion because of his

glasses. he looks like he could probably attack you w no mercy on the outside, but is just the kindest and most helpful and friendly soul on the inside, and just has darker interests that don’t compare to his personality at all. Bad also has glasses chains, but not the same as+

Skeppy’s, these have little bats on the chains instead. idk how to describe alt fashion very well waaaaa im not good at this

dream usually dresses in turtlenecks and standard black jeans, because of the cooler nature of his shop. he has chains around his neck, but+

but those are usually covered up by his apron when he works. he keeps his hair either pinned back or in a ponytail while he works, so it doesn’t get into his face. his face is fairly freckled, with soft green eyes and a kind smile on his face. he can be playful and quite the+

trickster with his friends, but is a very quick worker and is still very good at his job.

george’s fashion sense is usually very plain. since he works in a tech store, he has a light blue button down and some jeans as his uniform. he wears his name tag+

on his breast pocket, with a little label that says “colorblind” in small letters. this usually doesn’t stop him from helping out customers, but he can struggle when a customer wants a certain color of something over another and usually has to go get one of his coworkers to help+

him out. he gets a lot of questions, so he never gets to show his personality very well, but he has a good sense of humor when he’s not working!

sapnap dresses a lot like his minecraft skin, but with a little more flavor, wearing that black turtleneck+

(sometimes with a choker) under a usually white tee or half sleeve shirt with a design on it, like thrasher or a type of checker pattern. he also makes his own clothes sometimes, so he wears those over it as well. he usually wears ripped pants with bellbottoms, bc he thinks+

they’re cool n stuff. he also skates in his free time and wears checkered vans bc fuck u hes cool!! he wears an apron w his nametag on it over his clothes lulw hes a cool kid!!!

techno is dressed usually in a button down with some sort of cardigan usually+

draped over his shoulders with black, baggy jeans, or sometimes sweatpants. he keeps his soft, pastel pink hair pinned up in a messy bun, or sometimes even a long french braid when he feels like it. he wears rectangular glasses, similar to bad’s, and is definitely some sort of+

pig hybrid, with floppy ears and slight tusks from the bottom of his mouth. he looks a slight bit threatening, but is usually fairly friendly, if not sarcastic. he’s usually hiding in the corners of the library, or just stocking books, so you usually won’t see him unless he’s+

talking to his friends. pig boy oink oink

wilbur usually dresses in sweaters and beanies, usually wearing sweatpants or jeans along with it. he dresses comfortably, almost like he’s ready to go to bed in any spot. most likely in the library, you can spot him+

wearing his usual mustard yellow sweater. he usually works at the front desk, and sometimes puts away books with techno and helps tommy with customers.

phil dresses more or less like the father of the shop, usually in similar drab as techno, but usually no button

down. he wears his black robe like a normal person, and has it tied around his waist with a dark green button down underneath, and a striped bucket hat on his head. he has wings on his back, but they’re fairly small and don’t do much without more magical energy. you can usually+

spot him helping out children in the store, or chatting with wilbur and tommy on his free time.

- tommy -

tommy is one of the assistants in the library, usually keeping track of checked out books and putting them back on shelves when they’re turned in. he usually dresses+

in a baseball tee with red sleeves that go down to his elbows, and a white base shirt and blue jeans. he’s usually loud and vulgar, but that isn’t anything compared to the people he works with. they’re all british except for techno, what do you expect. he streams in his free time

, and also works part time at the grocery store with tubbo.

- tubbo -
tubbo dresses in a green, long sleeve button down, usually with some gray pants or jeans. he wears his apron over it, with his nametag clipped onto it and some little bee and plant pins along with other+

pins and buttons as well. he usually works in the more grocery sections of the store, but sometimes works checkout when no one else is available to do so. he’s very helpful, and a hardworking individual, but sometimes get distracted by tommy when he’s on his shift.+

punz usually dresses in a white hoodie and sweatpants, something usually comfortable and casual. he also works in the grocery store, but more as customer service, helping out customers when need be and manning

the checkout registers. he and tubbo both bonded as friends over one thing - bees. they both like bees and enjoy topics such as talking about farming bees, producing honey, etcetera, once they get out of the town.

- karl -

karl usually dresses in sweaters and/or button+

downs, and some random color of sweatpants or jeans. he likes to wear bright colored button downs to work, ones with bright colors and swirly patters all over them, but also wears sweaters on occasion. he and sapnap run the boba shop together, and karl makes the freezes the best,

while sapnap is best at just the regular bubble tea. karl usually mans the register, but switches with sapnap when he wants to. he wears a soft, calm smile on his face when serving customers, and makes sure that everyone is happy when it comes to their order.

velvet dresses in his own custom hoodies and a pair of sweatpants, with a purple apron with his nametag on it over it all. he works at his pastry store, selling different types of cakes and cookies, with his, of course, signature red velvet cake. he works along with his boyfriend

, antfrost, who stays back cooking in the kitchen most of the time. their shop is one of the most stopped by in the little town, and almost everyone goes there at least once while they’re there. also, if you're gluten free or vegan, don't worry! they have options for you :]

ant usually wears soft colored button downs and blue jeans under his purple shop apron, working in the bakery along with his boyfriend. he usually does a lot of the cooking while velvet runs the shop up front. he works up front when velvet can’t, and they swap off+

smajor runs the coffee shop of the town, and is one of the most well known there, due to the coffee shop being rated one of the top ones in the area. he has a wide variety of coffee to+

choose from, and even ones themed around animals, colors, and as well as seasonal coffees, of course. he usually wears light colored button downs with a pair of jeans, and his light brown apron with a name tag on it. coffee good !! go try it :]
