Extract the pig juice
Add onion and saute. Yellow or white would be better, but half a red was what I had
Wilt the spinch, you want to get most of the water out
At this point I'd advise preheating the oven, maybe earlier if it takes a while
3 eggs with a bit of cream whip until consistent, add everything
Let it cook for a bit then throw into the oven. Im just winging this so I'm gonna give it about 5 min at 375, longer if it hasn't set up
5 minutes was just about perfect.
Letting it cool while some coffee brews
