Frost now responds to a question by @LordRickettsP on data adequacy for security matters (access to databases), saying progress is being made. HMG is considering how to deal with EU requirements for the UK to comply with the ECHR. Frost says he is not working on this personally.

Next point is on REACH - the cost of implementing a new system for the UK is a big burden for the chemicals industry. Gove says "this is a consequence of not being in the ECJ"
On the movement of goods, Lord Faulkner asks about the impact on other ports such as Newhaven and Southampton. Gove says these ports have been contacted about needs for new infrastructure.
