So I’ve been promising myself for a few years now that I will take on a challenge that will require me to step out my physical comfort zone.

Every year I procrastinate and never follow through. This year @nandixnegasi dragged me out the comfort zone.
This thread will be chronicling my journey as I prep for “The Race.”
Day One

Wasn’t too bad a start. I made it. I know I’ll feel it tomorrow but hey.
Day 2

Done and dusted.

400m. 15 push ups 5 burpees. 200m. 50 prison squats 20 push ups. 400m. Lunges 50m abs bear crawl back. 400m. 15 burpees 10 push ups. 400m. 4 hills jog up and walk down.

Shout out to @I_RunItAll on this one.

I may not be as unfit as I thought after all.
Day 3
⁃10 min spin (1 min down 1 min up)
⁃3x10 pull ups
⁃3x40m single arm carry 30lb
⁃4x12 kettlebell swings (30lbs)
⁃800m run
⁃2x8 each forward reach plank
⁃2x8 each side reach plank
⁃800m

Never have I ever sweat this much in my life.
