@ACTFibernet there is a recurring internet issue in my area. What should I do to get it resolved permanently? I have been calling customer support but they just say that a link switch has failed, and 24 hours response time. This is now seriously hampering my work. NEED AN ANSWER

@airtelindia would your xtream fibernet based internet connection also show the same downtime as what @ACTFibernet . 4 time in last 10 days without any clear picture of how things will be handled. I am looking for a ISP to switch to from @ACTFibernet . @airtelindia let me know.
