TELECOMM COMPANIES IN PH SUCKS!

(A THREAD)
So okay mabagal ang internet ng @Converge_CSU So I resorted to loading or topping up my phone number through my @gcashofficial account.
To my surprise I did not receive my 70 pesos load but I got deducted from my Gcash Account. EDI PUTANGINA NIYONG MGA TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS KAYO.
Kapag bayaran ng bills atat na ata kayong mga hindot kayo, kapag usapang serbisyo na ginagago niyo kami. Umayos kayo ha!
Exhibit A: Last night I topped up a customer worth 50 pesos. As you can see, as of last night I have 838 pesos balance AFTER topping up to my customer.
Exhibit B: Earlier this morning I topped up my own number, which I didn't even receive. No confirmation. I also checked my balance in my Globe Prepaid number via *143# but it says I only have 1 peso balance. And so I checked my Gcash account and my balance got deducted.
Exhibit C: I tried contacting the Chat Support of Gcash and guided "Karina" about my concern. (I worked as a chat support agent in Canadian Telecommunication for 7 months so I know how you should chat a customer and resolve their concern)

It's as if I'm talking to a bot.
As you have seen previously on this thread, I told her to "FIX THIS RIGHT NOW". I need my concern to be fixed "immediately" but she didn't seem to have noticed that. She may have overlooked it and was busy escaping to my concern.
Exhibit D: At 7:31 she told be that he refunded it but she didn't told me when is it gonna be effective. I had to ask her for Christ's sake.
Just a tip to customer service agents: If you're gonna give a resolution, see to it that you'll provide answers for the common and possible follow up questions. I had processed lot of refunds noon as an agent. Automatic na yan na dapat magprovide ka ng effectivity date.
@gcashofficial idk who is at fault here. It may be that the agent is just following the protocol or something. It may be the agent needs coaching cause she may have not followed the protocol of your company. Nevertheless, AYUSIN NIYO SERVICE NIYO!
