Hancock says the focus on trying to reach a 52 week season has continued.
He says the demand in Asia has been very good for Latin America and Australasia and Chile was most proactive in trying to meet that demand and they have taken the risks to capitalise.
“Nobody knows the limits to this market at the moment.”
China has been an incredible rollercoaster ride and has defied traditional produce logic Hancock says.
“I can’t think of another category that has been so successful.”
