All these years there was a monopoly of the left-liberal ecosystem in the media industry. When Arnab started his own English news channel, a large chunk of English news viewers switched to Republic & all other channels were decimated. They felt threatened #302ForSSRDishaKillers

of his foray into the Hindi news space. In no time, his channel succeeded in securing a spot for itself in top 3 Hindi news channels. When SSR was murdered by the ‘cabal’, there was a deafening silence in the mainstream media, with none wanting to cover the news, as if they knew

who his perpetrators were and were a party to the crime. With Arnab picking up the story, his refusal to call it a suicide (yes, not once did he raise a doubt about it being a murder), debating on it for weeks & months with full conviction, refusing to back down..more and more

people started to believe SSR did not and could’ve never committed suicide. His voice further boosted the justice campaign, and with this, Republic Hindi snatched the number 1 spot from ecosystem’s lapdog ‘Tak’.

With R. Bharat eating into the viewership of Tak and other channels, they were compelled to cover the SSR story for TRPs. Though all media houses were now broadcasting this case, the emphasis was still on suicide. There were attempts by them to paint SSR as drug addict

by planting certain edited video clips, but their lies failed to withstand relentless public scrutiny. Not once did Arnab’s channel broadcast those alleged drug videos, such has been their truthfulness towards the cause.

It takes courage and determination to pursue the case relentlessly for months, to conduct debates after debates. It’s easier to mock Pradip Bhandari’s reportage, call him names, but Republic TV anchors have been literally doing bulletins from the streets of Mumbai amid incessant

rains on some days and hot & humid weather on others. The desperation of the ecosystem became evident the day NDTV & ABP reporters attacked team Republic outside NCB office. They just wanted an alibi to cry vindication and defame at Arnab & his channel. This alibi

came in the form of AIIMS WhatApp leaks (certainly an orchestrated one). With this, ecosystem ganged up against one channel and the people at large, for attacking Bollywood, Rhea & state govt machinery.

They didn’t find it appropriate to wait for the complete report, and there were front page headlines in newspapers exonerating Rhea and MP. News anchors concluded it was a case of suicide as if AIIMS is not a medical institution but an investigating agency in itself.

Such frantic behaviour only adds to the fact that this case involves powerful people who’re being protected by certain section of the media, politics and Bollywood. The day CBI amends the FIR to add 302,
