months I had effectively pissed away £7000 across 3 sites. An equivalent of £777 p/m, the deposit for a mortgage, a new car, a 6 month trip across Asia, the list goes on of things I was fully aware of but still even in this level of awareness couldn’t stop myself doing it. Why?

genuinely have a problem to the frank openness of over sharing on twitter isn’t as far a leap as you think, though, so if you’re reading this & know that you need to make a change, please just do one thing for yourself & make that step!
