well my grandma randomly collapsed tonight and none of us know why exactly...I wasn't there at the time but luckily my mom and little sister were and caught her fall. She told us she doesn't feel good overall and just needs to rest. so we'll see how she feels later 
Mom asked about all her symptoms; nothing pointed towards a potential stroke or heart attack. My grandma said she just wanted to rest for now like I said before

Decided to call an ambulance for her; she'll be on her way to the ER soon to make sure everything's okay
Grandma got into the ER around 23:30 which was also around the last time I heard from my mom who's with her. Told me she's fine for now. I drank some pre-workout to stay awake until they come home or until I hear that she's staying overnight for in-patient care
She had an MRI done and is staying overnight along with my mom. Welp I'm gonna try to go to sleep now have to get up in like 3 hours
