On the phone now just at 30 minutes with @Xfinity trying to figure out why I can't get a technician to my almost 80 yr MIL house to fix her internet access. Twice now they've failed to show up and she's been w/out wifi for a month. Wtf @comcastcares

After 1 hour and 10 min. I finally got a technician scheduled to come to my almost 80 yr old MILs house, let's hope they actually show up! I'll update this thread accordingly! #comcast #xfinity @Xfinity
