1. I've just published an updated Miniscope package on the @bonsai_rx community feed. It now supports @MiniscopeTeam V4 Miniscopes with integrated head orientation measurement, real-time remote focusing control, etc.
2. Because its a @bonsai_rx node, you can do fun things like sinusoidally vary the focus in real-time (see workflow above). And, of course, you have automatic integration with a huge amount of open source hardware and software from @OpenEphys, @DeepLabCut, @SanworksLLC, etc.
3. You can get it using the package manager in Bonsai. Selecting the community packages feed at the left and search for Miniscope. Or just update your existing Bonsai.Miniscope package if you already have it:
4. There are three nodes available. "UCLAMiniscope" is for legacy DAQ firmware. "UCLAMiniscopeV3" and "UCLAMiniscopeV4" are for updated DAQs, such as those available though open-ephys ( https://open-ephys.org/miniscope-v4/daq).
5. If you find bugs or want to make a Bonsai node for your custom miniscope design, get in touch on the repo: https://github.com/jonnew/Bonsai.Miniscope. Big thanks to @MiniscopeTeam for this amazing hardware!
