The INSURRECTION ACT OF 1807

Empowers the POTUS to deploy Military & Nat’l Guard troops within the US to suppress civil disorder, insurrection & rebellion

The IA is used to address an insurrection, in any state, which makes it impracticable to enforce the law OR to address an insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination or conspiracy, in any state, which results in the deprivation of Constitutionally-secured rights

& where the state is unable, fails, or refuses to protect said rights (sound familiar? Seattle, Portland, Chicago, NYC, etc.)

Martial Law has been initiated globally countless times. In the U.S. specifically, martial law has been invoked during the Battle of New Orleans, the Great Chicago Fire 1871, 1906 earthquake, Omaha riots 1919 and 1920 Lexington riots

There are two types of Martial Law:

Qualified - military aids civilian law enforcement

Absolute - military has complete control over law enforcement

MARITIME LAW (also known as Admirality Law)

Is a body of laws, conventions & treaties that govern private maritime business & other nautical matters, such as shipping or offenses occurring on open water (watch the water )

Who enforces Maritime Law?

In the U.S., the Coast Guard is the main source of enforcement

This law is considered to be extremely vital for any type of occurrence on open water

Why does this matter? Crimes that occur in international waters under maritime law (sex or drug trafficking, arrests, etc.) can be charged in state or federal courts, maritime law trials are conducted WITHOUT juries

THE 14TH AMENDMENT

There’s a lot of power in this one

“Equal protection of the laws” for citizens born or naturalized in the US

But here is the real kicker relevant to the thread..

SECTION 3: (simply put) No person holding office, civil or military, under the US, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. Congress may by a vote of 2/3’s of each house, remove such a disability

Govt officials who aid, allow, fund efforts of rebellion against the United States can be removed from office

So what happens when we follow the money or place intelligence members within Antifa/BLM for example?

So why does allllll of this matter?

As long as the media is in control of their mass propaganda machine these policies will fall on deaf ears or be spun to label Trump as a fascist/dictator/hitler by the radical left and the message is lost

In comes the EAS system

One of the many things Trump has revamped & accomplished in his first three years is testing & expansion of the Emergency Alert System

If the EAS is used, it makes the mainstream media completely obsolete allowing for any MSDNC background noise or disinformation/propaganda to be drowned out and the truth to be revealed to the public (the way journalism was intended to be)

Once EAS is initiated it becomes the perfect time to deploy one of the laws above, primarily the Insurrection Act to squash the remainder of these violent riots, criminally charge those responsible and remove officials complicit via 14th amendment
