World mental health day, on 10th October be taken seriously.

It is a fact that mental health issues are propping up. Negative thoughts, negative vibes & pessimistic thoughts are just unbearable. Especially, when someone you know breathe last & you are unable to be there.
It sucks, guys. It changed the way people think. How they perceive life. First hand experience. All am doing these days, is to sell positivity. To ppl around me. Family & friends. The usual thoughts that I used to have, have suspended it for sometime.
Had a very long chat with someone whom I've not been in touch for a while. Talked to my boss *not* about work / office, after a very long time. Gave some positivity for him. We're more brothers than colleagues.
Basically, things are going to take sometime, before it turns positive. The very worst case scenario you used to ignore, is the *new negative side* that you'd like to put in SWOT analysis.
On a personal note, I've stopped my scribblings. I've stopped being regular on twitter. Supporting elders on their emotions, is now paramount.

In a way, have started to live without SM most part of the day.

I am willfully staying away from negative thoughts / news.
Am fine myself, but really concerned about how people are reacting. Over trivial things. Pls stick around. It is up to you, to make sure you come out as a better human being during this time.
