I think smaller/weekly tournaments shouldn't have seeding. The gatekeeping is insane. Most people have to pray for DQs, get a decent run that way, and then finally get a chance to show their true skill once their seed allows them to play #1 in the country round 3 instead of 1

I'd like to take this moment to point out that the people disagreeing are largely the same ones who benefit from usual seeding and the people who are for it are the people struggling in hard brackets which is who I made this post for in the first place so
