A thread revealing how and why Mohamed Salah is slightly overrated...

Made by an honest fan.
In the 2017/18 season, he literally broke the premier league goal record for a 38 game season. He scored 32 goals (only one penalty). He also recorded 10 assists. 42 goal contributions in 36 appearances (in the PREMIER league).
In the 2017/18 Champions League campaign, Salah recorded 10 goals and 5 assists in 13 appearances. He was vital in the knockout stages and helped Liverpool reach the final. He broke the centurion city team and had one of the greatest semi-final performances ever against Roma.
Mo finished the 2017/18 season with 44 goals and 16 assists in all competitions. 58/60 of his goal contributions were in the league and UCL! He scored the most non-penalty goals in Europe's top 5 leagues that season and had 1.31 goal contributions per 90 mins.
Different breed.
In the 2018/19 season, he didn't fancy stopping. He scored 22 goals and made 8 assists in the league, winning him ANOTHER premier league golden boot. He was fundamental in helping Liverpool obtain the third highest points tally ever seen in the premier league at the time.
In the 2018/19 Champions League campaign, Salah scored 5 goals and got 2 assists, including the goal he scored in the final to win Liverpool their sixth UCL trophy.
In the 2019/20 season, Mo scored 19 goals and assisted 10 in the league, meaning he had the second most goal contributions in the league. He proved fundamental in Liverpool's domination of the league and in achieving the second highest points total in premier league history.
He also made an unreal assist in the semi-final of the Club World Cup which proved vital as without it, Liverpool may not have won. He also won both the golden ball and player of the tournament for the Club World Cup campaign.
The 2020/21 season has only just commenced but, as of writing this, Salah has already scored 5 goals and created the most chances in the league (14). Unfortunately, he has no assists, proving that his teammates are somewhat letting him down.
Mohamed Salah has the highest win percentage in the history of the premier league. Though this is obviously a team effort, it is no coincidence that he is at the top.
By no surprise, since Salah joined Liverpool, he has the most goal contributions in the league. He has 106 goals and assists. Second place has 24 less!
Some of his individual achievements:
• 2x Premier League golden boots.
• 2x African footballer of the year.
• 5th and 6th place Ballon D'or.
• PFA player of the year.
• Premier League player of the year.
• Fifa Puskás Award.
• Most player of the month awards in a season.
Trophies:
• 2x Premier League Titles
• UEFA Champions League
• UEFA Super Cup
• FIFA Club World Cup
• League Cup
• 2x Swiss Champion
Basically, Mohamed Salah is not overrated. He is in fact one of the most disrespected players in football. Stop disrespecting him because he plays for Liverpool and stop comparing him to bums. He is, and always will be, the king 👑.
