Hi, @salesforce @salescloud I would like to recognize one of your employees, Jennifer West (I can't find her on twitter). She was my first CSM (that I remember) in 2005. She taught me about partnership - how a customer can partner with their vendor to achieve success. 1/

One of the most important things she taught me is that no matter how big or small of a @salesforce customer your success and feedback matter. She suggested I go to a user group when I needed help & suggested I go to "city tour aka cloudforce" which was life-changing for me. 2/

It was super cool when I attended a @salescloud customer feedback session and saw she moved over to @camplejohn's team. I remembered her right away and that was super cool for me to see how both of our careers have evolved. 3/

She is also the reason I've had such a great relationship with so many of my CSM's and AE throughout the years. The basis of our relationship is always a partnership.
