who don't necessarily agree with what is being said on the megaphones. when you tell people to listen to Black voices and you clearly mean listen to the people with megaphones, you're revealing your bias and it's not hard to tell where your priorities lie

adding onto this to elaborate - nobody should have to reveal or explain themselves in order to be recognized as a "bipoc voice". a "bipoc voice" is not just someone who makes themselves public. you're erasing so many of us by trying to establish this baseline.
