ARSENAL - 6.5/10
Partey is huge for AFC.I’m a fan of Gabriel and think he’ll turn out to be a great signing for Arsenal. Willian is a very clever signing on a free and will suit a 343. They’ve struggled to shift some deadwood but have received big fees for a few who have gone

ASTON VILLA - 7.5/10
Love the strategy thats been used this window with an focus on players from the EFL. Barkley on loan is nice and will be playing with a point to prove. However I do think they may have paid over the odds for Martinez and Watkins. Keeping Grealish is huge.

Brighton - 8.5/10
Seemingly data driven recruitment from Tony Blooms side. Majority of signings won’t have instant impact as loaned out(Moder, Van Hecke). Zeqiri is an interesting player and doesn’t have pressure to hit the ground running. Lallana & Veltman are tidy transfers.

Burnley - 4/10
Brought in Dale Stevens from Brighton who is able to slot in straight away but not added much quality elsewhere. Keeping hold of Tarkowski and McNeil bring this up to a 4/10, but a disappointing window for Burnley and I’m not optimistic for the season ahead.

CHELSEA - 8.5/10
Spent ALOT & although some haven’t hit the ground running I think they should be given time as they’re quality players. Filled problem areas (GK, LB) but lampard needs to find a system to get the best out of them which he seems to be struggling with atm.

CRYSTAL PALACE - 8/10
Focus on the EFL with Eze and Ferguson. Batshuayi on loan gives Roy another option up front. Benrahma would take this window to a 9/10 for CP should he join. The signings have lowered average age and add dynamism to palace.A lot for fans to be excited about

EVERTON - 8.5/10
James, Allan and Doucoure are all top signings and speak for themselves really. We’ve added depth and versatility with Nkounkou + Godfrey and competition for Pickford in Olsen .Brands has shifted some big earners. - points for lack of winger(me being greedy)

FULHAM - 6/10
Brought in a lot of players. I like the Reed, Tete, Aina and Lookman signings but lack depth up front and haven’t really added goals to the side. Loans for RLC and Andersen look good on surface . Not convinced with Areola. Tosin is a great signing IMO

LEEDS - 6.5/10
Shown a lot of ambition with their signings. Rodrigo and Llorente are big gambles. Raphinha is a player I really like and think £17m+ add ons is a bargain. Spent a lot on making loans permanent which isn’t ideal and haven’t brought in a CM which could cost them

LEICESTER - 8/10
Another great window for Leicester with Fofana, Under and Castagne all coming in. Think they’d have liked to get a striker in but will have to wait for better opportunities. Received a healthy fee for Chilwell and have replaced him well.

LIVERPOOL - 6.5/10
Thiago and Jota are top signings and Tsimikas offers good cover. Probably could’ve done with a CB. Raised decent funds for fringe players but have struggled to shift the likes of Harry Wilson and Grujic so far.

MAN CITY - 6.5/10
Expected more from Man City but have still done pretty well with Ake, Torres and Dias. Could’ve done with a striker given Agueros injury. Ake is proven and versatile, Dias will need time to adapt coming from Portugal. Some nice development players signed aswell

MAN UTD -2/10
Disappointing window. Feels very agent lead with Telles and Cavani coming in v late in the window. Ole hasn’t had his rumoured targets secured(Sancho) and have recruited for positions that shouldn’t be a priority. Could’ve done with a DM, CB and RM.Very poor window

NEWCASTLE - 7.5/10
Newcastles recruitment has gone under the radar and have done pretty well with Wilson, Fraser, Lewis and Hendrick coming in. A defensive midfielder would have made this a quality window for Newcastle but should still be able to push on and progress this year.

SHEFFIELD UTD - 7.5/10
Big fan of the Brewster signing and think he’ll perform well in a 2 with McBurnie. Lowe and Bogle give good cover. Ampadu on loan is a tidy signing and is versatile .Ramsdale could be No1 for 10 years. Add a creative midfielder and it’s an 8/9.

SOUTHAMPTON - 7/10
Solid window from the saints. KWP and Salisu are clever buys with a lot of resale value. Lost Hojbjerg but have replaced him with Ibrahima Diallo who is raw but has great ability. Walcott on loan could be a nice bit of business with his added experience.

SPURS - 8/10
Great window for spurs bringing in Bale, Doherty, Hojbjerg,Regullion, Hart and Vinicius. Identified problem areas(RB, DM) and recruited early. Provided cover for Kane in Vinicius and Bale adds more quality to their attack . However failed to sign a CB but still time

WEST BROM - 6/10
Spent a lot less than Fulham and Leeds. Money has gone on making loans permanent (Diangana + Pereira). Kipre brought in from Wigan for £900k is good business as is Gallagher on loan. Heavily linked with Karlan Grant throughout and still time to do the deal.

WEST HAM - 3/10
Not done a lot this window. Struggled to identify a CB that wanted to join them and look to have missed out. Only deals coming from Slavia Prague in making Soucek permanent and signing RB Coufal. Fans unhappy with sale of Diangana but have kept Rice which is big.

WOLVES - 6.5/10
Lost some key players but seem to have replaced them effectively. Net spend is pretty low. Semedo is a good Doherty replacement. Ait Nouri and Silva could turn out to be key players in future. Unimaginative with majority of signings being clients of Jorge Mendes

IMO the winners and losers are:
Winners: EVERTON, VILLA, BRIGHTON
Losers: BURNLEY, MAN UTD, WEST HAM.
