@OSFJustice, @syrian_archive and @SyrianCenter filed the first criminal complaint against Syria's use of chemical weapons. The complaint includes the most detailed investigations into the sarin attacks on Eastern Ghouta (2013) and Khan Shaykhun (2017). The dossier includes new evidence and investigative leads that we make available to the German prosecutor to support its investigation.

Through our investigations, including interviews with numerous insider defector witnesses, we were able to obtain evidence indicating the roles of specific Syrian officials and chains of command. The evidence corroborates and extends existing open source information.
