The businesses I am most loyal to are the ones who actually saved me money and turned my money down.

2 years ago (nearly 3 now omg!) I went to get my nails done on New Years Eve. The salon wrecked them, they were truly hideous.
Desperate to find a fix I stumbled across a nail place that was crazy busy but they accepted me for an appt.

They offered me drinks and asked me about the party I was going to.
When it was time to pay I was expecting +30€. They said « it’s on us, it’s not your fault your nails were wrecked ». I’ve never been to another nail place since. They’ve had me as a regular for nearly 3 years!

The second place that comes to mind... I bought a vape from a shop and after a few weeks it was trashed, I had looked after it properly.
I took it to one of the shops near me expecting to have to buy a whole new one.
The guy fixed it for me for free.

He told me there was no need to get a new one, just to change the filter and liquid. He didn’t charge me a PENNY.
I’ve never been to a different store since!
