90% of the comments on this thread say "Who is this jobsworth?" which is exactly the wrong stance to take. It put the blame on & #39;us& #39; (the public) as the enforcers, rather than the actual decision makers (Govt) who make these stupid rules and are paid by our taxes to do so.
