Yes, I did give a couple of days to immerse in what they are doing and grew to like their goals and the POTENTIAL that many emergent hub in the transformation ecosystem share. But:

12/ Whether they will live up to that POTENTIAL is a question of whether the organizing team will learn what individual and collective competences they need for head-heart-hand DEEPENING and whole-system BROADENING, learn what it takes to develop them, then commit to it.

13/ If they think they already have it, then Emerge will become yet another would-be movement hub w/ good intentions, good conversations, but little real-world impact. I hope the team, with their extraordinary talents, will meet the extraordinary challenges. Ready 2 support them.
