Twitter or any other social media space might work well and help a lot of us to express things we dont otherwise share with people.
But as a person who has dealt with it, I know that it can get really overwhelming at times.

It is necessary, therefore, for us to understand that social media can be helpful, but it doesn& #39;t have to be our safe place.
We need to create better, and peaceful spaces in our own heads and treat social media as only a means to add to it.

And while we do that, we need to learn to navigate through negative, controversial and toxic facets of it.

-Choose what you want to react and respond to.
-Understand which opinions are valid and deserve introspection and which are to be ignored. +

Most importantly, make this space better and kinder for those who inadvertently find you in their feeds or comments or inboxes.
