Twitter or any other social media space might work well and help a lot of us to express things we dont otherwise share with people.
But as a person who has dealt with it, I know that it can get really overwhelming at times.

It is necessary, therefore, for us to understand that social media can be helpful, but it doesn& #39;t have to be our safe place.
We need to create better, and peaceful spaces in our own heads and treat social media as only a means to add to it.
+
And while we do that, we need to learn to navigate through negative, controversial and toxic facets of it.

-Control what you want to see.
-Choose what you want to react and respond to.
-Understand which opinions are valid and deserve introspection and which are to be ignored. +
Most importantly, make this space better and kinder for those who inadvertently find you in their feeds or comments or inboxes.

The change starts with us, please dont tell me otherwise.

Peace. https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="🕊" title="Friedens-Taube" aria-label="Emoji: Friedens-Taube">
