I had stalked my prey for days, killing his friends, destroying his hope. Now that I had killed his spirit, it was time to end his life. He coward on the ground before me. Not daring to look up. I would make him.
I reached my hand down and pierced his cheeks with my claws,
/
tilting his head p so I could look him in the eyes as I disemboweled him.
As my other hand swept down and my claws cut through weak human flesh, a doorway opened before me.
"What magic was this?" I stepped back, my claw still entangled in the guts of my prey.
I hissed
/
as his intestines wrapped around my arm.
Such weak flesh should have been easy to tear away, but it was as if the old bindings of the contract were on me again.
The corpse rose to his feet and me in the eye. When his mouth opened, a hated voice issued forth.
His voice, the
/
voice that haunted my dreams.
Ed Harley's voice.
"As in life, we are bound in death, and you have new prey."
I snarled and tried to pull away.
"What was once a man, now walking death. His Name is @Jas0nV00rhees13. Destroy him, and I will release you. Fail, and you are bound to
/
me for eternity." Ed's voice echoed with the power of ancient magics.
I roared my anger as he drew me through the portal.
I shot out of the doorway, slamming into a wall. That damned corpse still entangled in my talons.
In a rage I tore it limb from limb until I heard his voice again, this time off to my left. I whipped around and there he stood, flesh and blood.
I roared out my hatred as I
/
charged him.
He simply stood there, looking sad, pathetic. Though he did smile for a second as I bounced off an invisible barrier.
"You can't harm me, demon." He said. "Just like when you were summoned. You can't hurt me, but I sure as hell can hurt you."
I hissed as I tried
/
to find a weakness. Anything that would let me tear that pathetic look off of his face.
"There's going to be hell to pay, mortal!" I thought. "You'll regret the day you had me called up!"
I already do, demon. Since the moment I did it, I regretted it."
Something pulled my
/
attention away. There, off in the distance. The one I was called to hunt.
I glanced over to Harley.
"Kill him, and I'll accept whatever you need to do to me."
I narrowed my eyes and turned back to study my opponent.
He was bigger than most, not that that meant much to me.
/
His clothes were tattered, and he wore a mask over his face. He also carried a large blade. I wasn't familiar with the type, but again, it made little difference.
I hissed my challenge as the divine light flared from behind and the insects screamed their cacophony.
"His name's Jason!" Harley yelled.
I charged toward @Jas0nV00rhees13 and prepared to rend him limb from limb.
