Learning from others and sharing experiences; finding new ideas you can pinch with pride is a helpful way to make improvements quickly, learning from what others have already done #FabChange20

. @FabNHSStuff is a great place to find ideas on how to improve though it is rarely as simple as picking up an idea & putting it into another area successfully. Usually you will have to test the idea and adapt it to your local area before you adopt it #FabChange20

I've already mentioned @FabNHSStuff is a wonderful resource for new ideas & it is created by YOU. When you upload what's worked well or not worked so well, others can learn from you, and vice versa you can learn from what others share. #FabChange20
