Dude hated Walt Disney for ruining every fairy tale he ever touched, he wouldn't have had good things to say about JK Rowling.
One of the reasons CS Lewis was miserable in boarding school was because he didn't fit in with the sports culture, so it's not like he would identify much with a world where a super arbitrary magical sport like quidditch plays such a big role.
