yes there are false rape allegations etc but those are rare and most of the time it's just one person accusing the other of rape several people who didnt know each other before don't come out and accuse some guy of rape/sexual assault

and people like you who refuse to believe others may be part of the reason people like me {sexual assault vic}never do anything or report it. because I worry people wont believe me
