beomgyu is not the traitor :-(

debunking beomgyu is a traitor twts

[a thread by a "beommie only wants to protect them" believer]

@TXT_members @TXT_bighit
he just wants to protect his brothers 🥺

idk, to me it seems he has a 6th sense for impending danger and knows when it'll happen and he always acts to prevent bad things from happening

• in runaway mv, he is seen healing yj's wounds and trying to put out the fire yj caused
however, he probably did not stop the fire burning the door in this realm (magic island?) because it is a place where all of them can be HAPPY (yj's wound is healed) and TOGETHER (the teddy bear became a merged version of all the boys' pains)

he wanted them to stay there.
• in magic island mv, we see beomgyu giving them fireworks (/sparklers) which is a symbol of happiness and celebration.

fireworks also symbolize temporariness, hence, TEMPORARY HAPPINESS.

beomgyu wants to make them happy, but can only do so temporarily. most of his efforts+
ultimately result badly for the boys.

here, everyone says he's the traitor because he set everything on fire. but i think he was just warding off who/whatever was worrying yeonjun & soobin.

beomgyu didn't want their happy moment together to be ruined. thats why he threw it.
• in the cysm mv, beomgyu was the only one aware that ~that night the world was gonna burn down~ (which could connote them becoming separated/the end of their friendship/something bad was gonna happen to them)

he had a knowing look as the sunset and turned everything red
i think the impending doom became known to beomgyu when he took a bite of yeonjun's bear cookie??? that he baked in the oven (which started the fire in the house)
and since beomgyu is trying to avoid horrible things from happening, he decides to play and have fun and make fun with his brothers.. with STRAWBERRIES

🍓 symbolize joy and innocence. it also signifies righteousness.

bg wanted to protect his bros, keep them happy and innocent+
and he is a bit of a self-righteous character with pure motives.

here, i don't think he was suffocating taehyun. he wouldve done that with a pillow dont you think?? to me it looks like he's shielding ty from the red sun (wc should symbolize the "burning of the world")+
you could see in the twt above ^^ taehyun was covered with the blanket before everything turned red. and i think beomgyu's stare at the end, rather than sinister, is a look of protectiveness over taehyun.

but taehyun has a keen eye & knows whats up, which leads him to distrust+
beomgyu because it seems like he's "only having fun" when something serious is going on.

so there ^^ when bg tries to poke fun at ty, ty isnt having any of it at all.
• in eternally mv, beomgyu was clearly either

1. trying to protect someone from the knowledge of the magic book OR

2. trying to stop someone from taking the magic book (which could be the key for them to being together/going to magic island together)

++
you see beomgyu grow thorn/branch-like wings/bones from his back, which symbolize that what he's doing (the protecting, and the covering up) is only pushing his friends away from him

[like how thorns on roses keep you from picking them]
• in the japanese drama mv, he looks like he's watching over his brothers, until he finally decides to join them.

you see him trying to help again (with the ball), and see him try to make fun memories with them along the whole music video.

but he ends up feeling very distant+
from his bros still, the gap between them keeps growing, even though he is ALWAYS trying to keep them safe and happy and together.

maybe its his curse in the +u !!! he is literally an angel 🥺

BEOMGYU JUST WANTS THEM TO BE HAPPY TOGETHER.
