🪂 SQUAD UP 🪂

Last night

I played a game called Squad ⛑

A realistic military simulator with 50 vs 50 players.

Never playing before, I was asked to be squad leader🤯

Let's go over the biggest takeaways from

Putting myself in a leadership position

With no experience 🧠
What is squad leader? 🦸‍♂️

- People look to me for orders
- Squad leaders can communicate with 8 other leaders
- Talk directly with a commander for orders

8 Men under my command 👮‍♂️👮‍♂️

Controlling:

- Positions
- Resources
- Information
- Leadership
- Communication

🔽🔽🔽🔽🔽
1. With a great leader, comes a great team around him

If it wasn't for the team around me

We would've completely failed!

They were:

- Knowledgeable
- Great teachers
- Supportive

We took buildings whilst locking down positions

Make sure your friend circle represents this🤝
2. Rapid learning 🧠

Putting myself in a position with a lot of responsibility

Brought tons of:

- Learning📈
- Failing📉

Just after 1 game I had learnt:

- Leadership 🦸‍♂️
- Positioning
- Resource handling 📊
- Communication

Do the hard stuff others won't do and rise above! 📈
3. Leadership

Over time, I was then commanding my squad

Whilst staying in form with other commanders 🗣

How was this possible?

I failed super hard.

Jeopardising the squad, getting us all killed.

I quickly learnt what not to do and how to proceed!

So fail hard.

Learn fast.
Games can get a bad rap on Money Twitter

and I agree if they're being completely binged!😵

It's all about moderation 📊

By playing realistic games you can come

Away with some great takeaways.
