If I ever tweet "I feel better than I did 20 years ago!" and I don't mention therapy, nutrition, exercise, etc., ask me if I'm alright.

Especially, if I've recently been sick and/or was recently hospitalized.

(I'm speaking generally, not necessarily claiming anything.)
Patient: "I feel better than I did 20 years ago!"
Me: "That's great! Why?"
Patient: "I don't know! No reason, I guess!"
me: 🧐

Patient: "I feel better than I did 20 years ago!"
Me: "That's great! Why?"
Patient: "I just caught a virus"
me: 🧐
Patient: "I feel better than I did 20 years ago!"
Me: "That's great! Why?"
Patient: "I'm in the hospital right now!"

Patient: "I feel better than I did 20 years ago!"
Me: "That's great! Why?"
Patient: "I got some new medications!"
me: 🧐
Patient: "I feel better than I did 20 years ago!"
Me: "That's great! Why?"
Patient: "_insert nonsense_"

What should you say?

A) "Well, I'm glad you're feeling well! What's your secret?"

B) "Viruses are mysterious!"

C) Screen for Bipolar disorder, med reconciliation, etc.
