One of our members was just ejected from this meeting for asking how any of them are defining 'woman'.
This is unacceptable.

This stifling of debate is not the reason so many women have signed up to the party recently; they signed up because they believed the Conservatives, particularly @trussliz stood up for women. Very poor show from the only Conservative women's group. Who are they beholden to?

We have just heard another attendee was ejected for asking the @fawcettsociety if they stood by their belief that a Parliament of 50% men and 50% 'transwomen' would represent equality.
Anyone who makes a statement like this MUST be able to defend it to the public!

This was the position of Lib Dem Sal Brinton, but her espousing of it took place at a @fawcettsociety meeting and they did not dispute it. Transcript on P2 of this thread
