Hi @LiamODellUK - as promised I am writing to update you. We have paused the search / recruitment to allow ourselves proper time to reflect on what we’re trying to achieve and how best to resource things going forward.

You raise a number of important issues and I want to discuss these further with colleagues (some are away on leave this week) before deciding on next steps.

You will know from our brief time working together at @scope how important I regard diversity and inclusion and the need for people with lived experience to be employed and/or volunteer at every level of the organisation - from Board of Trustees down.

This continues to be a priority for me @ActionOnHearing - and I welcome your advice and continued challenge as we move forwards. I will update on plans for this specific role and, once again, thank you for drawing this to my attention. Mark
