In seven debates with his primary opponent, not a single report of testing requirements appears in the press. Ed Markey’s last minute request is a political grenade. 2/6

Debate protocol, established in advance, included provisions for limiting the number of live audience attendance and strict masking guidelines. 3/6

Additionally, everyone involved would be required to complete a health questionnaire, based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention along with state and local health officials. 4/6

The four debate participants are the only people not wearing masks at the studio, and they would each be separated by 12 and a half feet. 5/6
