@ATT I am a long standing customer of your company. I went into your Wabash Ave, Springfield, IL store in July to get a new SIM card for my sons phone. Just a SIM card, nothing else. My package was fine, my service was fine, I just needed a new SIM card. Your representative
at that store, Benjamin, immediately started selling me on a package upgrade that was to save me $5 a month. I didn't care, whatever got me the SIM card and got me back to work within my lunch hour. Benjamin insisted part of the promotion was $200 worth of accessories for FREE
so long as I didn't change my package for 12 month. I make him confirm, 3 times, that the accessories were free of charge because I didn't need anything and he INSISTED I had to get them to as part of the promotion. Fast forward 3 months and I am being changed $15 a month for
the FREE accessories that Benjamin insisted I HAD to have. When I chatted with your customer service today asking why there is this change and asking them to remove the now $45 they have charged to my account and cancel whatever bogus subscription has been add they REFUSED.
stating there was nothing they could do. That if they cancelled the subscription I would still have to pay the balance of the accessories I DIDNT WANT or ASK FOR! The rep would not budge. If this is how you do business than your whole company is disgusting. This is nothing
short of lying and stealing and you should all be ashamed of yourselves. I will not be staying with your company. I don't do business with liars and cheats. I will also warn EVERYONE what to expect from you.
And after posting on this thread asking me to DM them for a resolution they still refuse. IT IS AMAZING
