radio hosts trying to tell us how radio worked and why bts probably weren’t getting a lot of spins just to be in groups that were racist towards them and not playing them just bc they didn’t want to despite that being their jobs

billboard being very much aware of the suspicious and fraudulent shit that goes on in the radio industry but still allowing for radio to rule the charts

nielsen then being acquired by billboard which allowed more room for numbers to be skewed and messed with without repercussions

bb making bts’ strengths weigh less and weaknesses weigh more and then when they finally gain some momentum in their weaknesses they want to try and breakdown their numbers and try to make them seem fishy despite allowing labels to push them around and overseeing cheating
