I'm seeing lots of reporters flabbergasted that Kayleigh McEnany, who said she has tested positive for Covid, did not wear a mask yesterday. She did wear her signature gold cross. https://twitter.com/Acosta/status/1313140406738128898
I've also seen this photo floating around of leaders of organizations that oppose abortion. This was taken at the Rose Garden event for Amy Coney Barrett. Since that event, several people have been diagnosed. https://www.instagram.com/p/CFnTTgGFyW1/
Rev. Franklin Graham is seen here with KellyAnne Conway, who has since received a positive diagnosis. https://twitter.com/travisakers/status/1312220283118538754
One thing that is striking is that the son of Antonin Scalia, Rev. Paul Scalia, posted an apology:

"...I apologize that [my actions] did not follow my own expectations, caused disquiet and anxiety, and have distracted from the work of the Gospel." https://www.stjamescatholic.org/current-events/father-scalias-most-recent-constant-contact?fbclid=IwAR1dr9nBrvzF5qHF_4psdKSolIWdeobm3MbWPn3IDcG1BPsYgGrD9Rxd7TI
By the way, I checked in with as many faith leaders as I could over the weekend. Rev. Jenkins from Notre Dame was the only leader I found who had been tested postive. If you know of others, let me know! Lots of them did not reply for comment.
This thread is tracking how faith leaders and people of faith who were around President Trump since his diagnosis, have been acting.

For ex, I was interested to see photos that showed Sen. Ben Sasse wearing a (Nebraska) mask while Sen. Josh Hawley seated next to him did not.
Sasse and Hawley are both very popular senators among conservative Christians, so I'm curious why one chose to wear the mask while the other did not!

I'm seeing this divide across the conservative Christian spectrum.
Back to Kayleigh McEnany: she wears her gold cross as a sign of her faith. In May, she tweeted about how influential the late Ravi Zacharias was in her life: https://twitter.com/kayleighmcenany/status/1260380625485340678?lang=en
