With 10 days to go until the @ucas_online deadline for applications to @UniofOxford, we're bringing back our FAQs!

Keep checking this thread for answers to some of the top question we get asked 🧑‍🎓
Q: Can I submit a second reference/personal statement, alongside the one in my UCAS form?

A: No. It's only possible to submit one reference/personal statement. Please don't send any others, as they won't be considered.

Q: How do I register for an admissions test?

A: You need to be registered by an @admissionstests centre, which may be your school or may be a nearby 'open' centre. Find a centre at http://admissionstesting.org  and get in touch asap

Q: I won't have my results before 15 October - can I still apply?

A: Yes, this is absolutely fine! You just need to include details of any exams you have yet to take on your UCAS form and have your referee provide predicted grades for these.

Q: I'm worried I won't be able to sit the admissions test for my course because of COVID-19, what should I do?

A: You must register for the test, even if you feel exceptional circumstances may mean there is a risk you will not able take it

Q: What happens if I can't sit the test because of exceptional circumstances, even though I've registered?

A: Get in touch with the college considering your application, or via http://ox.ac.uk/ask  if you submitted an open application

More info: http://ox.ac.uk/tests
Q: Should I include my candidate entry number for the admissions test on my UCAS form?

A: No, there's no need to do this (in fact, we would generally advise against it - universities can't see your other four choices, and naming an Oxford test might affect this anonymity) 🙂
