It's a good day for bad accounts.

This one has been brought to my attention by one of my extensive international network of spies & informants 😉

SO, here's @/BLACKS_FORTRUMP ...

We note that they joined in October 2020.
More precisely, Oct 1st 2020, 23:32:27UTC

As at Oct 5th 2020, 13:19:57UTC, they had managed to acquire 14,655 followers, in a touch over 4-and-a-half days.

And they've tweeted 14x (fourteen)

So that's just completely normal.

Let's quickly look at their followers.

Here's a chart of their followers' creation dates plotted against the order in which they followed it.

We see high densities early 2017 and in 2020.

This indicates lots of followers who were created in those periods.

If we unpack those a bit, we see this for 2017:

92 Nov2017
80 Sep2017
79 Oct2017
68 May2017

And for 2020:

Well, we've seen more extreme patterns of new accounts in follower lists before, but the question here is really - how did these thousands and thousands of accounts know to seek out and follow this brand new one?

Perhaps @twittersafety @twittersupport could investigate?
