What is her religion? Is she a Muslim or a Hindu?

How does it matter sir? At the end of the day she is a woman and human being, who should've been assured a secured life of dignity and respect, instead of preying her like a monster when found alone in the middle of the road.

What was she wearing? She must have surely worn something seductive!

No mam! Even a 6 days old infant is sexually assaulted and all she probably wore was a diaper.

Where was she? In the bar ofcourse, drinking with her so called 'male friends' or 'boyfriends'.

No sir! Even a 12 year old girl who walks down the lane towards her school, as she mentally revises her lessons for the day, gets raped by men after several months of eve teasing.

Pretty sure she was drunk. I mean she was asking for it, right?

No mam! Drinking or not drinking, it's totally her choice and preference in life. That doesn't give a green signal to the male for raping her.

What was she doing out late night? Who asked her hang out after midnight?

No sir! The unfortunate truth is that a woman is vulnerable both outside and inside the house at every moment, be it late afternoon or midnight.

Time mustn't be a factor. She should feel safe at all time!

None of the above reasons are the causes of rape. It's the rapist's mindset that needs to be altered.

Sexual urge is not always the reason behind a rape. Sometimes it's the hatred for the opposite gender and a sense of entitlement.
