I’m not gonna lie - I missed Twitter during my month long hiatus but September was my best month of this rough year soooo yeah idk how much I’ll be on social media moving forward 😬

No but for real, I totally believe that being away from social media helped me focus on ME! I’d pop in and when I felt my thoughts wonder...I’d pop right off!
Watched Girlfriends!! Omg I had no idea they were my current age when the show started so I’ve been wrapping my mind around what I *thought* life in my late 20s/early 30s would be based on the show.

Boy was I WRONG 😂 (Maya is forever my favorite character too!)
I did LOTS of Peloton. In fact, I’ll surpass 100 workouts this AM 💃🏽💃🏽 I’m on an 8-week streak and could’ve hit a 30 day streak but messed it up last Sunday/Monday when I wasn’t feeling well. 😭

...One more @onepeloton thing...it’s more than the bike. I repeat, ITS MORE THAN THE BIKE lol I don’t even have the actual bike (but I got some stock though👀)

One LAST @onepeloton thing - I did A LOT of Yoga last month. I’m obsessed with all things Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts @ChelseaJaya 🧘🏽‍♀️

I block out time on my calendar for her live classes. I have yoga blocks now and my mom got me a new yoga mat for my bday. I’m ALL IN #namaste
For accountability, I purchased another Apple Watch (I stopped wearing them for a while). My bike wasn’t set up until 9/4 so I got busy after that!

My favorite thing to do is send my friends activity messages when they work out lol
I also decided to get one of those fancy scales that tells you 16 different metrics so that I can see BEYOND the weight number (which I’ve never been concerned about).

I only weigh in 1/week to track how my eating/workouts are helping/hurting. Down 3 pounds & .5% body fat 💪🏽
I’m also still in therapy but we’ve actually scaled back on the frequency of my visits and I haven’t had any melt downs so cheers to that lol
I go to bed much earlier now and I wake up earlier too. As soon as my body taps out, I’m in bed!

My phone charges on the kitchen counter and I’m often out before 11pm.

This has been a major key! I wake up with energy at 7/7:30 and no alarm! Who would’ve thought?? Lol
If you haven’t taken a significant amount of time AWAY from social media, in 2020 especially, I highly recommend. Even just for a week.
