I don't think this is a "parody".

I think this is an attempt to create an image of a genuine-looking "leftist" that might attract naive genuine accounts as followers/retweeters, or indeed generate engagement from the right to confirm their prejudices.

Who might do this?

Couple of extra observations:

~ Quite a few of this acct's followers are pretty rabid rw &/or terf accounts
~ There is NOTHING to indicate this is a "bot".
~ We cannot tell who or what entities might be running this acct: Could be Vlad, or Xi, or just Kevin from Northampton
