Donald Trump and his supporters' reaction to COVID-19 is indictment on white American pathology.

That he is willing to kill us all by ignoring science shows there is something sick in the psyche of people who are willing to die to protect their whiteness--and access to it.

Black women are pathologized in the media for being pregnant teenage moms and Black men in Chicago are pathologized for being animals who kill each other on a daily basis.

Where are the mainstream articles capturing the self-destructive behavior of white America over COVID-19?

White Americans are born into America with the privilege of being murderous and colonial and their crimes are deemed as exploration and entrepreneurship.

Exhibit A: Christopher Columbus and most white capitalists who stole indigenous lands and built wealth off enslaved people.

Think about the manner in which Black Americans are blamed for poverty they were born into. Chicago is white media's prime example of Black pathology: broken homes, no daddy at home, teenage pregnancy, "thugs" with guns.

Media of all political bends tell these narratives.

And anytime Chicago is discussed, it is rare that racist urban planning centers the reporting. Instead, it is "that happened a long time ago. Why can't they pull themselves up?

Meanwhile, white people control our healthcare system and government and look how they behave.

(Racist) White people are in charge of COVID-19 and so far, 200,000 Americans are dead. They refuse to subsidize American workers and small businesses. They are actively trying to undo the Obamacare (and made it very weak to start).

Why?

Whiteness.

I'd appreciate mainstream outlets not toe around how racist white people are willing to die of COVID-19 in order to support a man who literally ran on white supremacy.

That is the truth.

Meanwhile, Democrats are on their knees begging these folks for votes.

Sick.

White male pathology is so evil, armed groups of white men raided the Michigan state capital the spring protesting Gov. Whitmer's COVID-19 restrictions.

That white men are willing to threaten a white woman, their most prized "possession" shows how murderous they can be.

White men are supposed to be protectors of white womanhood, but as soon as those white women threaten their patriarchal hold on society, they will react with violence against them too.

Donald Trump has lied about the seriousness of COVID-19 and more than 200,000 have died and millions have caught it. That Trump still has so much white support requires an investigation into white pathology of those voters.

If 200K+ folk must die to protect the man who is preserving whiteness against growing demographic changes that threaten their hold power, so be it.

It is that simple.

American white pathology dictates that you kill your mother, your children, anyone to preserve whiteness.

That Donald Trump lies is old news. WHY he lies is more important and only Black/POC reporters and commentators have really nailed it.

Trump is lying because he knows white pathology dictates racist white people do not like to be told what they cannot do.

Protecting ourselves from COVID-19 requires us to shut down the economy and political campaigning for as long as it takes to control the spread. Money is more important than life in America and in capitalism.

Those 200K+ people can be replaced under capitalism.

Trump lies because the truth is inconvenient and undermines his main goal: power and money.

None of this has ANY to do with public health. COVID-19 is an inconvenience in his efforts to satisfy his racist white base's desire to maintain their sense of self-preservation.

Lying is not the problem with Donald Trump.

The GOP and his supporters do not see it as disqualifying quality. The issue is that being a white man empowers him to lie without any consequences--even the deaths of 200K+ people and millions sick isn't.

The problem is whiteness.

Until white media begin to grapple with why they refuse to explore the pathology of American whiteness, they will be distracted with Trump's lies over COVID-19 (and everything else) and never report the truth behind why Trump is behavior like he is.

Death, through any means, is permissible under white supremacist pathology--even encouraged.

These 200K+ deaths are nothing to Trump or his supporters. It's part of maintaining power. Lying is part of the process and inconsequential in the grand scheme of things.

The 200K+ people who are dead and millions who fell ill to COVID-19 were SUPPOSED TO DIE AND GET SICK.

Donald Trump's hold on power and devotion to protecting the whiteness of his supporters requires it.

This isn't a public health issue so much as it is a white supremacy one.
