I arrived at us not getting either of what we’re lead to believe were our primary targets a few days ago, so I’m relatively calm. The numbers told us that without investment (lol) we couldn’t splash big money bringing anyone in without big sales out, & that hasn’t happened.

We’re now desperately loaning players to reduce the wage bill & create non HG places in the squad moving forward because we simply can’t afford anymore players on the books that we’re paying a full wage but not be willing/able to register to play.

I think our central MF lacks, depth, speed & ultimately quality, so I am concerned...I’m just not going to shit the bed over it. Im prepared to be patient because I’ve got a lot of faith in the manager, who’s not let us down yet, I just hope that the club doesn’t let him down.

Creativity is also a major concern but I genuinely think we consign Ozil to the past & focus on Saka (and Pepe) taking up a lot of the creative responsibility. Whatever’s gone on with Ozil & the club, I don’t see things changing now so mentally/emotionally etc, I’m past that.
