I again started casually with no plan and this is just a co incidence that it happened around the same time. And today I remembered this thread.. Was going through this and I couldn& #39;t be more ashamed of myself of how much I struggled to keep myself follow that diet and exercises

Everyday.. And funny how I went back to not being able to plank more than 20 secs. Also realised that it& #39;s easier to cheat when I have daily goals. So since I have unconsciously started this again I& #39;m gonna set difficult goals for me. Coz I really don& #39;t wanna cheat.

Gonna track this on weekly basis.
