okay so here's the deal
demigender is the right term for me
she/her pronouns are the most comfortable mostly because of familiarity, but they/them are also correct.
so: if you've made the switch, great! thank you and I appreciate you. if you haven't, cool! you don't need to.
if you're not sure what to do! do whatever! mix em up if you want to.

pronouns have never caused dysphoria for me. this is not true for many many nonbinary folks. It is vitally important that you respect folks' pronouns, just as others respect yours.
additionally: one of the reasons it took me this long to come to this conclusion about my pronouns is that I felt like I had to prove that I'm nonbinary in some way, and pronouns were the easiest way to do it, especially when my presentation is largely feminine.
but the reality is that i'm nonbinary because i'm nonbinary, not because of my pronouns or presentation.
