You say you're open to criticism, but take down anything that explains what your product does. You say Proctorio believes in open-source projects, but obfuscate your own product. You haven't addressed the public. You hide behind a private Twitter account.

My DMs are open. I'm sure there are many who would love to sit down and have an open conversation with you, including myself. On the record. No more hiding behind walls. @artfulhacker I think it's time you address concerns of your students and customers.
